Once this is set up you can talk to your board from your phone - capture
an idea on the road, check what is in editing, leave feedback on a cut.
Set up in three steps
About a minute. You paste one address, your assistant asks you to sign in, and
that is it - there is no key to copy around.
1
Copy the address.
…
2
Add it where you work.
3
Sign in when it asks, then try it. Your assistant opens a Motionflow page,
you confirm, and you are back. Then say "what is on my board?"
If your assistant cannot sign in: use a key instead
Some older setups cannot do the sign-in step. Then paste this key
as an authorization header with the value Bearer <key>.
Treat it like a password.

Connected apps
Everything that can reach your board right now. Disconnecting one does not touch
the others, and it does not touch your key.
What you can do once connected
Just say it in your own words - Claude picks the right tool.
Good to know
ScopeYou see exactly what you see on the
website - not more. An editor sees their own cards, a brand owner their project.
My workMy work lists
your turn first, most urgent date first: the cut due date while the cut is yours,
otherwise the post date. Each card says what is next - Fix notes,
Upload cut, Build shotlist - and what is with the brand owner. Approved and posted work
is folded away under Finished.
ExpiryThe key stops working after 90 days.

Lost phoneRevoke the key here. It stops working
everywhere immediately, and you can create a new one.

and inviting people stay on the website - on purpose.
